Here's Parkers work. They were to draw the person without any eyes mouth, and nose- then they watercolored over it and added the faces with magazines..

This past Thursday was the annual art walk at school. I took Parker and her friend tot he event. We don't have an art teacher at our school, so the PTA tries really hard to plan events.. Last year they learned the difference between Impressionism and relaism. This year, they studied an artist and Jazz music..

Violet loves to do things herself.. drives me crazy... and it is messy- I was able to get a few shots of getting her breakfast ready. I put the English muffin the toaster, get it out, and she soes the rest.. If I get th items out of the fridge for her .. she takes care of the rest.. even moves the chair to the counter herself.. breakfast at 20 months the world at 5?? :)

Like and Vi

As is typical of this almost two age Vi and LUke are learning to share and work together.. this make s me completely thankful that I do not have twins by the way. They have figured out a way to compromise with the doll stroller. Luke pushes and Vi rides. She is very tiny so she fits perfectly in the doll stroller. She gets so tickled when he pushes her around.. He runs her into walls only sometimes.. Spending time with Vi and Like completely reminds me of when Parker and Silver were this age.. Parker would always ask Silver to rub her feet. It was so cute.. he would just sit there and rub her feet and she would grin like Violet..

So When Daddy is not traveling with work, his job is showering/ bathing the kids.. they like to make crazy hair do's and suprise me.. Abe likes to pull his panys up high and clearly vi likes to pick her nose.. James looks strange to me with longer hair and a beard..

i may regret this

Abe loves tools and always asks for them.. Daddy's tools are always missing.. so I bought Abe his own.. so far so good- he loves to "fix" things like uncle chris..

grandma and grandpa lights sent really great gifts for Abe's birthday.. this one of them.. I know what you are wondering.. yes, we wear this to the store as well.. They sent geodes, which are really fun, and a crystal growing kit.. thanks He loves it all...

star wars lover..

thank you nana and mr. ross- abe really wanted this for Christmas but when i went to get it, it was all sold out.. no other light saber will do..so he was truly thrilled to get this one.. just a warning.. unless you want the whole entire rundown do not ask abe about anything sar wars.. i mean this.. :)
he even will even talk to vi about it.. she knows which characters are good guys or bad guys.. right now her crib is in Abes room (long story ) and there is a star wars poster on the wall.. every i mean every night or be time when i give her a kiss and say goodnight she says, "mom.. star wars" as I walk out..
