the uniform

Ahh the uniform.. the beloved uniform.. Abe loves loves loves this thing. He was so excited to get it that he changed clothes at practice to wear it home! I admit, I have called it a costume three times accidentally... what can I say?

first at bat

Abe started the team at bat today.. he was really excited .. the team did a great job.. they have come a loooong way since practice has started..

lollies help

Lollipops helped keep Violet and Abe occupied..

first run

Abe was the first batter.. also the first run for the team!

the pitcher

Well not really the pitcher, a grownup actually pitches but Abe was getting the ball to first base nicely.. He had a great time today - he was GEARED up and I was proud of him for trying really hard and taking it seriously.

the cheering section..

the catcher..

The last position Abe played today was catcher. I think it is safe to say that he does not have a future in this position.. :)

Shoe Lover !

Every morning Violet goes into my closet and pulls out shoes.. always high heels.. Heck these days she wears them more than I do! :)
