Parker's music concert

This is from Parker's K and first grade music concert at school last week. The K's sang three songs and then the first graders sang three songs. Parker is right in the middle- she had a great time- she loves to perform! Yesterday she got her Ballet costume for recital- it is really cute- Black with white polka dots and hot pink tutu. That is in a couple of weeks- I will post pictures.

Parker loved to pull books and CD's off of shelves. Abe loved to empty drawers in Nana's kitchen and bedroom, Violet's destruction of choice these days is to WRECK the pantry! I moved Parker and Abe's plates and cups down low so that they can be self sufficient with the food they want. the bin has worked nicely.. until now! Violet will craawl in there and wave her arms around and just grab whatever she can... it is prett funny!

today..

today was violet's first birthday! not to worry.. i did take pictures today- i promise to post them tomorrow! she opened presents and was really excited. really! She has 8 teeth if you can believe that. I got a couple of shots oh her front teeth- they are funny. She did not have cake though. the kids had their photos taken on monday- i will give you the link when they are ready- it should be soon.. so one of the shots was violet digging (inhaling..) cake- she had a hard time separating herself from the cake and i could not do it again!!!:)
one of my stamp groups, the stampin mamas met tonight! it was really fun- 3 of their daughters come and craft too! the "mamas" are really getting great at crafting- they made a card organizer this month using a simply scrappin kit- i will get a few pics of one and post that too!

Don't make me do it mom.. i can't smile.. I am in great pain! This cracks me up- I love it when Violet has temper tantrums when I am taking her picture- sad isn''t it. We were all laughing at her.. so so mean!
